I have found that all 3 can be used for specific tasks. AS Far as SEO it does not matter. I can take a Joomla or Drupal site and outrank a WordPress site any day of the week. It depends on what you are building and who is using the CMS. Joomla is a great corpmomise as its sits right in the middle of Drupal and WordPress.
