I like the 80-2o Rule: 80% of any occupation are pretty much average regular schmucks just trying to get through their work day as painlessly as possible. 10% are angels and saints and heroes and heroines. And 10% are scheisskopfen and evil bastards who go out of their way to mess things up and fuck over other people. The State has no business educating our children. Period.
